Nothing is deleted when the 7 days end. A book past your first two is padlocked, not removed, and it opens again the moment you unlock premium.
What the Founder Pack unlocks
Focus mode, which is the actual product: one task on screen with the timer already running, chosen for you, five in view at a time. Brain Dump, which turns what you say into dated tasks in the right book. Insights, which shows where your hours went. Book Focus, and as many books as your life needs.

Why there is no subscription
Every other planner charges you every month, forever, and calls it a business model. Todoist is $60 a year. TickTick is $35.99 a year. Sunsama is $240 a year. You are renting a list.

Focus5 is $29 once, and that is the whole price. There is no monthly plan and no annual plan. Founder pricing runs until 31 August, after which the one payment becomes $99.
Is it really lifetime?
Yes. One payment, no renewal, no expiry date. Your account keeps every premium feature, including the ones that are not built yet.
Is there a free version?
Yes, and it does not expire. Every feature is unlocked for your first 7 days with no card. After that Today, Agenda, Calendar and 2 books stay free with no time limit, and nothing you wrote is deleted.
What is locked on the free plan?
Focus mode, Brain Dump, Insights, Book Focus, and books past your first 2. Everything you already wrote stays where it is and stays readable.
Why is there no subscription?
You pay for enough subscriptions already. An app that bills you every month has to keep proving it is worth it, usually by adding things nobody asked for. One payment means Focus5 can stay small on purpose.
Does one payment cover Android and the web?
Yes. One account, both clients, and your tasks sync between them. iPhone is next and the Founder Pack covers it when it lands.
Do I pay again for updates?
No. Every update is included, and there are no upgrade emails and no pro tier waiting behind this one.
Can I get a refund?
Buy on Android and refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy. Buy on the web and you can email remotekarollc@gmail.com. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, which is the honest answer and the reason the free 7 days exists.
What happens when founder pricing ends?
The price goes up to $99, once, for people who buy after 31 August. Nobody who already paid $29 is charged the difference, or anything else, ever.
