Terms of Service for Focus5

Acceptance

By using Focus5 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Focus5.

Paying for Focus5

Focus5 is free to use, with some features unlocked by a one-time payment. There is no subscription. Nothing renews, nothing is billed to you again, and there is no plan to cancel.

On Android the payment is processed by Google Play and charged to your Google account. On the web it is processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for that purchase. Your unlock is tied to your Focus5 account, so a purchase made on either one unlocks both.

Refunds on Android are handled under Google Play's refund policy. For a purchase made on the web, email remotekarollc@gmail.com. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

The price of the one-time unlock may change for new purchases. If it does, that does not affect an unlock you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, interfere with other users, or use it unlawfully.

Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, lists, and notes you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync that content so the app works for you.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteKaro LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change.
