Acceptance

By using Focus5 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Focus5.

Subscriptions

Focus5 offers an optional premium subscription. Purchases are processed by Google Play and billed to your Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, interfere with other users, or use it unlawfully.

Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, lists, and notes you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync that content so the app works for you.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteKaro LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change.
